Official 2026 Wizard of Oz Tickets Sweepstakes Rules

1. Eligibility

The Broadway Maricopa Wizard of Oz Ticket Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of Arizona who reside in Maricopa or immediate surrounding municipalities, and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Broadway Maricopa, its board members, partners, or immediate family members are not eligible to win.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at 9:00 AM MST and ends on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at 5:00 PM MST (the "Entry Period"). Comments or entries submitted after the Entry Period concludes will be deemed ineligible.

3. How to Enter

Participants may enter the Sweepstakes through either of the following methods:

  • Social Media Entry Method: Log into Facebook or Instagram, navigate to the official @BroadwayMaricopa page, "Like" the official Sweepstakes graphic post, follow the @BroadwayMaricopa page, and tag a unique individual account in the comment section. Each unique comment containing a distinct, separate user tag constitutes one (1) entry. Tagging the same account multiple times or spamming identical tags will result in those duplicate entries being disqualified.

  • Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without social media engagement, send an email to questions@broadwaymaricopa.com with the subject line "Oz Sweepstakes Entry." The body of the email must include your full legal name, age, phone number, and valid email address. Each individual email received counts as one (1) entry.

4. Prize Details

One (1) winner will be selected to receive a prize package consisting of two (2) standard general admission tickets to an opening weekend performance of Broadway Maricopa's 2026 production of The Wizard of Oz at the Heritage Academy auditorium. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the total prize package is $50.00. The prize is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be substituted or upgraded.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected via a random electronic drawing conducted from all eligible digital entries combined.

The winner will be publicly announced via the official Broadway Maricopa Facebook and Instagram channels on Friday, June 26, 2026. Broadway Maricopa will contact the winner via direct message or email to coordinate digital ticket delivery. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within forty-eight (48) hours of notification, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be randomly selected.

6. Publicity & Liability Release

By accepting the prize, the winner grants Broadway Maricopa the right to use their name, social handle, or likeness for promotional purposes across digital platforms without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating, entrants release Broadway Maricopa, Hans Creative Studios LLC, and Heritage Academy from any and all liability or grievances arising from participation or use of the prize.
